What can I expect from Rooftop Cinema Club South Beach?

The ultimate open-air cinema experience, Rooftop Cinema Club is known for bringing a social experience to movie showings of famed classics and newer releases accompanied by theater snacks, a full food menu, and specialty cocktails.

Where is the experience located?

The cinema is located on the 6th floor of the parking garage at 1212 Lincoln Rd.

From the ground floor, take the elevator located between SunLife Organics and Dunkin’ off Alton Road. From the garage, take the elevator on the south side (Elevator A, towards 16th Street) of the parking structure - there is no access to the cinema from the elevator on the north side (Elevator C) of the parking garage.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

How long does the experience last?

For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 2-3 hours at this experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options. You can view our menus by clicking on them: Food menu, Concessions menu, Bar menu.

Is there parking available?

Guests can self-park on floors 2-5 of the onsite parking garage for $10 after validation (which is provided at the Box Office) for up to 3 hours. Entrance to the parking structure is located off 16th Street If you are arriving via rideshare, ask to be dropped off at the corner of Alton Road and 16th Street.

Will there be additional sessions?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.

Is there a dress code?

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

Will there be merchandise for sale?

We do have a limited supply of blankets for sale at each event. However, please note you're also welcome to bring your own blanket.

Where can I get tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but we encourage you to arrive when doors open to enjoy the views!

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Dogs are only welcome at our select dog-friendly “Wooftop” screenings, which you can look for in the event title. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at regular screenings, unless they are registered service animals. We just ask that they wear their vests so that our on-site staff is aware.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible with elevator access to the cinema level. The chairs within our seating arrangement can be removed, so please just ask a member of our staff to help you get situated in your preferred spot.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

No firearms. No smoking or vaping. No outside food & beverage.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual, and visually impaired people can listen to the film via our wireless headphones. We also have select “Open Caption” screenings to make the event more accessible for deaf and hard-of-hearing guests.

Will there be strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend you ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@rooftopcinemaclub.com .

Is there an age requirement?

Before 7pm the venue is open to guests 13+ (only with an adult 18+), however events after 7pm are 18+ only.

Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
